This is Nolan, my youngest son, my littlest monkey, and he’s turning 9 today! For those of you who know him, you know he is quite the character and is incredibly silly. He has also been my most vocal cheerleader with my move to running my own pattern editing business. If he sees me with my fancy stylus and the iPad, he asks, “are you doing a pattern for work?” When I reply that I am, he usually replies “GREAT!”, gives me a hug, and then asks how soon he can have the iPad for Fortnite. So even though he might have a hidden agenda with that hug, he’s also very patient: if I tell him I need it for another hour or more, he doesn’t complain since he knows it’s for my new job.
